Managing PartnerYuval Bavly is a seasoned investor and entrepreneur with a track record of building, transforming, and exiting businesses across finance, real estate, and private equity. As Managing Partner of Leadout Capital, he leads a high-performing debt platform that combines capital preservation with strong, consistent returns supported by his own significant personal investment.
His career began in business valuation, advising over 50 companies across Canada and the United States. He then spent several years at a Canadian Schedule I Bank, taking on progressively senior roles in credit and risk management for a variety of debt portfolios.
After a decade in valuations and banking, Yuval pivoted to real estate and private acquisitions, purchasing his first company and repositioning it toward higher-margin clientele. Within two years, he sold the business at a profit. He then moved full-time into private equity, partnering with investors to acquire, manage, and structure deals in both real estate and operating companies.
Leveraging his private equity success, Yuval began focusing on secured debt transactions that balance capital preservation with strong returns. Today, he dedicates himself entirely to Leadout Capital LP’s debt platform. His motto reflects that of Leadout - Lead with Integrity - and he is relentlessly focused on providing outcomes grounded in equity, transparency, and shared success.
